Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Objectives
Our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) initiative has three main objectives: increase awareness, promote an inclusive culture, and commit to viewing diversity as a strength.
Awareness
We recognize that diversity comes in many forms, including and extending beyond gender, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation, age, religion, and cultural heritage. Through open and honest dialogue, as well as investment in educational efforts, we help all our colleagues increase their awareness of diversity and contribute to an inclusive culture.
Inclusivity
We are not satisfied until every employee feels a true sense of belonging and support at ECG. Sustaining an inclusive workplace is foundational to our culture.

We enable everyone to express their individuality, and we have programs to develop diverse leaders and teams. This strengthens our firm and helps us be a better partner to our clients.

Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council, representing a broad cross-section of our firm at every level, works directly with our CEO, senior leaders, and operating board to shape policy and advance initiatives to achieve the objectives above.
